Key Learnings
Through this class, I learned how to professionally approach UX. There were many steps in the research process, including affinity mapping, user interviews, and paper prototyping, along with various research methods and user testing. During the team project, I worked on the app design and conducted interviews with people living in nature-friendly areas of Los Angeles to gain insights. Through this extensive research process, I learned the step-by-step approach to completing a project, which will help me stay ahead in future projects.
